charcoal - i've tried several different brands. some people swear by a certain one, but i havent noticed a big difference. happy with BGE brand or whatever i can get locally
recipes - my fav's are boston butt (pulled pork) & baby back ribs
pulled pork: setup for 180-200 degrees...cook for 12...

heard from friend who was airplane mechanic
supervisor's office had drop ceiling. push up ceiling panel, put 2 raw shrimp on ceiling, close.
smell will steadily grow over 2 weeks until unbearable...but they'll never find it....

In our defensive scheme, who has outside containment responsibility? traditionally the DE would maintain his lane, and funnel runners to the interior for the LB.
Our DE pinch on the TE/OT, with little upfield containment making it very easy to sweep the corner. Our LB mat...
