I keep the backbone/belly of most of my redfish and use them for seafood stocks and soups. All of those small bits of meat end up in whatever I'm cooking. You can do the same with the head. I also cut out snapper and grouper throats. They are great fried or broiled. ...

Just get a smokey mountain. It's a quality smoker, not terribly expensive, and will last for years. Your only regret will probably be not using it enough....

Depends on your use. If you do a lot of low and slow cooking get a maverick. For more general use the thermopop is great. I have both and use the thermopop at least a few times a week....

I have a pair of the Drainmakers. Love them while on the boat, but they smell terrible after a couple wears. I just run them through the washing machine and they're as good as new. They've held up great for a couple years now....

I use mine 2-3 times per week. Coals are fired up to desired temperature in less than 10 minutes. I have small Weber propane grill that I've had since before the Primo. It's still in great shape and I still use it occasionally....
