I've had pretty good luck with this one:
1 cup dark brown sugar
½ cup smoked paprika
2 ½ TBS coarse cracked black pepper
2 TBS kosher salt
1 ½ TBS garlic powder

I like it but it is loathed and reviled by some on this board. It is not typical Sicilian fare, more northern Italian. It's open on Sundays as well.

Agreed. Sushi is mediocre here. If I had to pick I guess Sake Sushi on Youree. Had pretty fresh sushi at Hana about a week ago. Most places don't have flounder, uni, toro or less common fish but if they do are not usually very fresh. :yack:...
