Get the porkchop. Steak is a dime a dozen across the US of A.
And, nobody said this as far as I saw -- but you can get the lunch-cut porkchop during dinner service for much cheaper. And frankly, I never finish all of the lunch cut.
If you are looking for salad, go with the Warm Spinach salad.

However, having lived my entire life in Austin, I find people think it's much better than it really is. And it's really strange to live in a city where most people are not from Austin or not from Texas.

During the Auburn series a few weeks ago, they had the entire restaurant booked. The group paid over $100,000 to book it up.
Seeing as most restaurants that size average 65K a week, they made a good decision.
