A300 outlander from Beretta. Should run you under $800 new or used from $500-$650. Shoots 3" and comes in black or camo patterns ...

re: Thinking of buying a fishing kayak. Hauling question - The Last Coco
Just rest your kayak on pool noodles on top of the car and ratchet strap it down . You'll be good to go. Good friend of mine fished out of a mini cooper with a yak strapped to the top for years, and he did it often - even took it to Venice....

re: So a 2.6 lb. White Crappie makes the Louisiana top 10 record list? - The Last Coco
I bet alot of people don't know there is a difference
It probably has a lot to do with the fact that a) some bodies of water only hold predominantly one type and b) often times the techniques and location used to target either black/white isn't conducive to catching the other even ...

Here is a chart of 6 slabs caught a couple Februarys ago: I didn't have any true giants to weigh but it gives you an idea of what big sac-au-lait really weigh....

re: Duck season is drawing to a close - The Last Coco
How was your season in '14-'15?
Pretty much a total bust. No birds, shitty weather, no water where I wanted it and then too much water. Couldn't seem to make a hunt without oversleeping, getting shite on by other hunters, or forgetting something. Just wasn't meant to be this year. Sti...

re: So a 2.6 lb. White Crappie makes the Louisiana top 10 record list? - The Last Coco
I've eaten a few of those after I took a hundred pictures. Next time, I am getting on that list.
I don't think most people realize how big a 2#, much less a 2.6# sac-au-lait is. We are talking 18" to bust the top 10. That's a HUGE sac-au-lait. Big slabs weigh less per length than ...

Alright OB - Learn me about hunting/fishing around OKC - The Last Coco
So Mrs. Coco found out yesterday that she matched at OU in OKC for 5 years for her urology residency (insert penis joke here). As a result, I need some direction on the outdoor opportunities in the surrounding area. Any OBers have some pointers for me? Thanks - I figure the duck hunting can't be ...

re: Rifle Scope - Post Hunting Season Clearance Deals - The Last Coco
Although they have begun to be phased out, if you can find a Zeiss Conquest 3-9x40, that's the way to go. I would stay away from the Zeiss Terra 3x line though as they're a cheaper build scope. re: Looking for a good cold weather / shooting glove - The Last Coco
Fingerless, wool gloves. Started using them this season after someone I hunted with last year swore by them. I am a HUGE proponent. They keep the hands warm and the fingers accessible. Best part for duck hunting is that they stay warm even when wet due to their material (85% wool, 15% acrylic). Easy...

Pretty sure that's the one you linked on craigslist. From a comfort and feature standpoint, the Ascend fs12t beats it at every turn. Tracking and speed may be a different story, but it doesn't sound like you'll be taking a lot of long, straight paddling trips. Floating it doesn't matter as much sinc...
