E10 fuel is perfectly acceptable fuel to use in all internal combustion engines. While not as efficient as 100% gasoline, it has NOT been proven to lead to any issues in car or boat engines... I think if you sprayed on a camo pattern over the current paint, it would look fine. That's not a terrible base for the camo and most of it would get covered by browns/tans/blacks/other green by the end of it. And you could always roll the inside with a tan bed liner type material if you didn't want...

Just get the bed extender if you're really worried about it. I've carried 2 14' and 1 12' long kayak in the bed of my ranger before with no problem. Ratchet straps are cheap and easy to use. ETA: I did this WITHOUT a bed extender. Just strapped them in no problem whatsoever....
