The guy at the farmer's market who sells all the meat does sell bones...I don't remember if he had pork or chicken..could have been beef, but you may want to check that out....

Agreed! Fantastic show. Such a beautiful vocalist. I was impressed. No kidding about the hipsters. My family always cooked shrimp and egg gumbo. Delicious! You can also thicken it up more for a shrimp and egg stew. It was pretty common in Vermilion parish....

Try Nino's. We did a tasting menu there last year with a group of friends. It was amazing! Someone else set it up but I do think you have to call a good bit in advance. I believe it was 7 courses with a wine pairing. ...
