Well if PPACA is so unpopular then why did we vote it in as a law.
When the frick did we vote on it? It was voted on in congress and we just threw the vast majority of those arse clowns who voted "yes" out of office. :usa:...

re: Zapps Sizzling Steak - RaginCajunz
I wasn't a fan. The Creole Onion are the GOAT now. The sizzling steak was a bag of meh. It was mostly salty. I think they were going for a worcestershire sauce type flavor, but it lacked definition. Not buying again....

He's certainly a grump, but so is Pokey. It's by far the best pizza in the city. It's one of the few that I crave. I found calling it in when I leave my house in Gonzales works wonders for my enjoyment. I don't think it is a sustainable business, and that saddens me greatly. The only thing that ...

Not sure of the thickness, but it's pretty thin. I'd take a wild guess and say 14 gauge or so. I think that allows it to heat up and rebound quickly. ...
Do you own one of these?
I do. It's about 7 years old now and treats me well. I think it's the largest size, but I could be wrong. There is nothing to go wrong on it since it is all metal and welded. No hardware to mount the handle, no wood to swell/shrink/crack. Just a true work...

re: Wok help/advice. Carbon Steel vs Stainless vs Cast Iron - RaginCajunz
Carbon Steel for sure. Go anywhere that uses a wok professionally and you will only find Carbon Steel. It heats fast and hot, rebounds quickly and seasons like cast iron. I recommend the Pow Wok from Wokshop. [link=(http://wokshop.stores.yahoo....

re: Raise bed garden vs in ground garden - RaginCajunz
Huge raised bed fan. It is ready year-round to plug stuff in. Very little, if any weeding or grass control required. You control the soil content. I put a mulch layer on top and it maintains the moisture levels much longer and more evenly. [img]https://farm9.staticflickr.com/8233/8455159710_8...

re: Leblanc's Drusilla Early March! - RaginCajunz
I think the newest Leblanc's on Airline is the nicest and most well-rounded grocery in the metro. I'm sure this one will be the same format. It's most similar to the nicer Rouse's that I've been in. (that said, the new Rouse's they are building may trump the current Leblanc's format) ...

re: French Press afficionados - RaginCajunz
I use a double-wall insulated stainless press. It does a reasonable job of holding the pot warm. I suspect the double wall glass models would work even better. ...
