What is more interesting to me is that the market will determine what is "fair" through a natural process defined by human behavior as opposed to a government (meaning pointy head liberal) definition of "fair"....

Of the three scandals this is the easiest one to understand.
Inappropriate application of tax law or any law is wrong and potentially illegal, albeit it is done all the time by politicians and government workers. The IRS lackeys just got caught and admitted it.

Apparently contained in the Senate Gang of 8's immigration bill is buried a national ID card. You'll also need this ID card to get a job and the employer will be required to verify your U.S. ID registration.
