He's an Arkansas fan, he and facts don't mix. They'll go on and on about their history and what not but neglect to tell you all of that history was in the SWC. Like I said, average SEC program. Without checking, what are they in wins since joining the SEC? Middle of the pack? Closer to bottom?...

You were only "high up" in your own minds. You are an average SEC program, some good years, some bad. You were just on a program high run, partly due to the rest of the SEC being down (don't get me wrong, we're taking advantage of it too). ...

Historically, they seem to have been about $5 million ahead. Given that State fans are more excited than they have ever been and Ole Miss fans are about as down as they have ever been, the number he threw out seems about right to me....

I don't think I would laugh too hard. You're AD just posted the accounting differently this year so you would look better. Laugh away but they are still ahead of you.

You do realize that your AD just changed the way your reported your revenue don't you? State didn't actually increase by that much.
That's why these reports are generally worthless. Each school does their accounting differently....

I know Vandy asks season ticket holders our opinions on it each year in their survey (apparently too many old people still have season tickets). I think they might be the only one who could get away with it though since it is a private school. Most of the stadiums are owned by public institutions ...

I missed the Boise-ASU game. But I did see them wax Georgia.
I didn't say they would go undefeated besides those 2, who knows what the schedule draw would have been. Georgia and USCe (forgot about them) managed to win 10 games and didn't play either of them. I agree, the PAC is about on par ...

I don't see how they wouldn't be able to win 10. Look at Arkansas and Georgia. I would pick USC over the either of them.
I'm not saying it's a lock or anything, but outside of LSU and Alabama, the SEC wasn't anything special this year....

We're a football school now.
Besides, it's way too early to be talking basketball. Nobody cares about basketball until late January anyway. Just win enough to get in the tourney (which we are not on pace to do at this point). And if we do, this will just make the inevitable 1st round loss less...
