I drive from Mid City to Covington everyday. Takes about 45-50 minutes from door to door....

ETA: $40 for two people is ridiculous. The service sucked (although that's to be expected to a new place). And the layout, at least on the bottom level, is a disaster. The line builds up from slow service/not having a full menu listed, and there's only one narrow way in/out.

Restaurant is beautiful, service is fine, food is good. But at ~$100+ a head, good isn't good enough IMO.
I'd go with Bayona or August....
