The turnovers we had in the first game were backbreakers, I thought. They totally took the air out of the Saints. No momentum at all after that.

I agree about the air pocket possibly forming with waders but with hip boots, it was like trying to swim in quicksand. Maybe the coat and other layers I had on made a difference also....

Its like swimming in blue jeans vs. shorts. It doesn't exactly drag you down but the resistance is so much greater you can't overcome it to stay afloat.

If I am doing the bacon wrapped duck ka-bobs, I use Dale's seasoning to marinate the breasts for about an hour.
Kid's and wife will fight over them cooked this way.

10' would be the absolute minimum. A lot of boats in the 22'-24' range are going to be very close to that on the trailer. Doesn't leave a lot of wiggle room.
