I believe Hammond is one of the "trouble stations" like Slidell, where more intricate matters may be attended to. I know when I had let my license expire and had to re-apply as well as sort out a title issue it was very fast and efficient in Slidell and I assume Hammond might be the same....

I liked it. Very solid and surprisingly faithful to the comic. While I wish DC animated would do other faithful adaptations...they do seem to be getting better at it. I'll see how Justice League Flashpoint shakes out later this year.
