Get a routine and stick to it. Naps at same time each day, bath, bottle, bed time all consistant.

yes. Buying from an individual, all you pay him is the purchase price. Then you will have to pay the sales tax based on the bill of sale purchase price, taxes and title at the courthouse when you go to get your registration....

Mine stay on a lift. Even on the lift I wash it at the end of the weekend. Being lake water and fairly clean it doesnt stain much but it adds up over time. A good wax at the begonning of season helps keep it easy to clean. My jetski sits on a drive on "port" so the keel is always kinda in the water....

Drill holes into the congrete with a hammer drill. Use congrete anchors or inserts for a 1/2" bolt.

Undoubtedly the older generations as a whole were better shots. I would have bet on my granddaddy up against anyone back in the day. For them shooting / hunting and hitting your target meant food on the table or going hungry.
In the 20's my grandfather was sent out with a slingshot to bring home...

I did mine about 7 years ago. Used the Rustoleum kit. It was a 25 year old garage at the time. I pressure washed the floor, cleaned with degreaser then etched with muratic acid. Applied the roll on with flakes and some fo the traction granules. No issues with peel up. Its held up great so far. ...

Another +1 for the Tanaka trimmers. Easily Best bang for your buck.
For blower I use a Husqvarna 150BT - non CARB approved version although I dont think you can get it that way anymore. I have been happy with it. I couldnt justify the extra $100 for the same size Stihl....

there is a leak somewhere allowing gasses back in from the septic. All drain lines going to the septic have a trap filled with water to prevent gasses from coming back up. One of those traps may be dry.
