The diversity in each cut of meat they carve for you. Seriously, each portion is very distinctive from the other and it feels like 3 seperate meals. The portion with the heavy marbling is INCREDIBLE!

I know it varies by industry. But in my 8 physician practice, employee salaries equate to 19.73% of total income. I believe that benchmark to be pretty average, but was hoping others could provide some input. Thanks....

Just got to watch last night, this is definitly the first episode where I feel the book and show are really starting to take different paths. Sure, the main events will all be there, but the road geting to those events sure looks different in the show.
