The first week or so after converting to a morning workout can be tough, but you'll get used to it. I usually wake up at 5, get to the gym at 5:30 and do 5-10 min of cardio to help get the heart rate up. I find the cardio helps a lot, I'm not big on pre-workout drinks bc I usually crash after they w...

I wouldn't get the foam roof blocks. Spend your money on a yakima or thule roof rack. The foam roof racks can can put stress on the roof and dent it. Thule roof racks distribute the weight near the door of the car, where the roof is more stable.
I have a car myself, and have thought about the fo...

I bought valspar paint and primer and it worked very well. Did my whole kitchen, foyer, and island with one gallon of paint and I still have some left over.
Last time I used Behr I needed multiple coats on everything. But that was about 10 years ago so I'm sure they've improved it since...

[quote]Yeah, I am finding that inventory is low, and I am putting in 30-40 offers a month right now with the hopes that I get 1 under contract with a price that is under market value in order to turn a nice profit. the hurricane deductible is pretty expensive with Company A, but I would still go with them as long as there is no likely threat of trees falling on your house. I'd rather save on premium and keep an emergency stash. But that's my personal preference...
