Renewals are different because they don't have to rerun your background or fingerprint you. They just process your paper work so that should take no time according to my friend. ...

From what I got from one of the LSP yesterday that's involved with the CHP section. Before 2008 election they were processing about 800 new apps a month. Since Obama was elected the first time that went to about 1500 a month.
Post Newtown, they are running about 4000 new applications a month. Ha...

Not me personally but my brother-in-law caught a red near the Dow docks in the Mississippi and my brother has caught blue crabs in the Mississippi by Brusly when the river is up to the levee....
