Teachers who dont give it their very best in their class....students who got good structure will still do fine....a poor teacher or less able teacher will not cause a failing student to fail...the prevelence of poor teachers are low because of the progression even before all this empahisis with eval...

... education is already in place....when a kid is not scoring on his grades what he should be....that is on him or her, not the teacher....what makes anyone think getting money to go to another school will make a low scoring student a better one when their home life hasn't changed or predisposition...

I been in Prolly 20 or so fights....after a while who u fight doesn't matter, no ones scares u...the only times I got banged up was when I got out numbered....I know this...if I wasn't drunk on a couple of those fights I won I may have literally broke bones on some of these aholes...
