The Modern in NYC. Stunning.
Well, I just had lunch there 4 weeks ago - to me, the only thing stunning was the view into the sculpture garden. It was definitely deserving of the word "fadoodely", and both of us walked out hungry. The amuse bouches were the size of a dime - I ...

re: Friend of mine made chicken and sausage gumbo - BrockLanders
I literally almost had a heartattack when I ate it. Why do people think that it has to be greasy? You can make gumbo healthy and it's still great.
The first sign of a nasty gumbo is seeing those oily grease bubbles at the top. One time, I had some at Bozo's like that, and the roux...
Honestly, I was disappointed. They sounded great, but I didn't like the set. Maybe I was just drunk.
It may have been the alcohol. Sure, I certainly didn't want to hear Even Flow, Jeremy, or Daughter. But to get Present Tense, In My Tree, Crown Of Thorns, State Of Love & Trust...

Afternoon All, I've been to Kanno before, but the only thing I've tried beyond the basic stuff was the Elvis Roll, which was awesome. This time I want to get nothing but the crazy, unusual stuff (preferably not with cooked fish). It can be a salad, fancy roll, whatever - doesn't matter... M...
