Admittedly, I'm not good at selling ANY guns....Nevertheless, IF I were to start selling my firearms, this would prolly be the last to go. It's a Remington XP-100 that was originally chambered in 223 Rem. I bought it from a gunsmsith in Pennsylvania. He did a full accuracy job on it, bedded it in a ...

Good for you! I'm sure you'll like it. Silly me, I didn't realize it had external knobs when I bought it. :roll eyes: Nevertheless, I like the scope. It's made an accurate hunting rig out of the Savage bolt action 17 M2 it sits atop. Man, I'm jealous of the CZ. I've never owned one, but will some d...

I've got 2 Mueller's, one on a 17 Mach 2 and the other on a 17 HMR. I really like both. OTOH, I'm waiting to see the collective experience of these scopes on the larger centerfire rifles like 270. 308, 30-06, etc.
Hammertime, I have the exact same scope on my 17 M2 that you've ordered. You're pr...

I don't have a Ruger LC9, but due to liability concerns in case I'm ever forced w/ having to discharge the gun in self defense, I don't alter the trigger or safeties on any of my carry guns. The problems I'd have w/ a knife like are 2:
1. W/ a blade that broad, it's tough free up the anus if I'm going to completely gut the deer.
2. I don't like the handle to be so thin.
I also like rather short blades, usually 3-3 1...

Don't worry......yes, you can get a decent hunting scope for your 30-30 w/o having to get a loan. And yes, I'd get a less expensive scope before resorting to iron sights. I'd recommend counting on spending about $150. Consider buying a USED scope, as well. You can also save money by buying...
