They burn out to damn fast... The chunks you don't have to soak and they burn slow.... Get a better smoke from them. Most people/sites stay away from them cause you have to add them so much. At least they aren't fun in my weber....

I can only seem to find them in chips which isn't worth a shite :banghead:
hickory and mesquite can be a little tough for some people and of course its the only wood I can find in chunks.... i bought more chips of apple reluctantly cause we have some people coming over today.

yeh saw that.... but any self respecting louisiana man has to make his own gumbo!
That being said, all you have to do is make a gumbo with no meat and freeze it... gumbo holds well in the freezer. My mom would always make a shite ton and freeze what was left over, but always took the meat out....

You can over use that stuff. It also kills the normal flora that lives on your skin. You want some bacteria to reside there. Kind of like the bacteria in your GI tract. If all you do is wash your hands with antibacterial soap and over use ge...

yeh man.... bad freaking stuff! first pt I ever took care of had a hole the size of a softball in her axillary region. took out the kerlix and I could see the pec muscle and about a 1/2 of her boob... the other 1/2 got destroyed by the bacteria! :speechless:
