My son's about to be 7 and he's just now sleeping in his bed all night. The last couple of years he's been coming and getting into a cot at the foot of our bed. We did the lay down in hisbed thing for a few years, but at some point he'd come get in bed with us. Good luck....

I worked at an LSU job, CAMD, through my major. I got offered a real job when I finished undergrad, but I just upped my student time and went to grad school instead. Did my thesis research there as well....

It's so damn thick, look where the head rests hit the door. If they dropped the hips by 40% it may make the front end look better. I'd say it's for the retractable top, but I think it's just designed to be that way....
