re: Just saw a guy get hit walking across the street. Updated on pg 4 with link - liuyaming
It's going to be tough to get the image out of your head. You might want to seek counseling for your daughter. It can be pretty traumatic. I went through something similar about six years ago. We were traveling through a rural area and I saw a guy riding a dirtbike on the shoulder coming my way. ...

re: Anyone here attend networking meetings? - liuyaming
I've been in one for four years next month. It's not only the monetary commitment but you also have to dedicate a lot of time to get to know other members outside of your weekly meeting. Last year we did about $70k in revenue from bni. Not a huge percentage but pretty decent and the clients that wer...

re: Pork belly at Ruffino's - liuyaming
I haven't tried it there, usually get a pork chop dish though. I'll have to try it next time I go. I received a few gift cards for Ruffino's over Christmas. Had a pork belly dish at Juban's on Wednesday served over grits with red beans gravy on top. That was pretty damn good....

Rod's supermarket in Church Point where my wife is from is pretty good. I hadn't had any other ones in that area though. While you're there, grab a jar of their BBQ sauce. ...

re: Have you ever left anything on top of your car - liuyaming
I checked the mail once and put it on my car. Went in the house for a minute and then left to go to the store. One of the envelopes had a replacement credit card in it. Luckily my neighbor found it in the street. It probably needed to be activated anyway but I was glad to get it back....

re: Must eat/see in Natchitoches? - liuyaming
Mariners is on the lake. It's been there a long time. Decent food with a cool setting. The other one is the landing on front street. I haven't been back in five years but going up for my 15 HS reunion in May. Beaudoins (sp?) used to have some pretty good pizza but I think they closed then re...

re: electronic cigarettes - liuyaming
The initial investment may be high but it eventually pays off. I feel like I'm rich since I quit the $5 a day habit
Same here. I think I paid $60 or so for my first one and then the juice and coils run me about $55 per month. Doing one mile runs with my son, flag football. Not ...

I really like Vaping Craze in Prairieville. They have a nice setup to taste the vapes and a large selection. They started out as an ecommerce website but opened a retail store in the shopping center behind Rotolos. A lot of good info in here. One question I would have is what you mean by strong? ...

re: Furniture trucks driving through the neighborhood - liuyaming
Same thing happened yesterday in my neighborhood in Prairieville. Rang the doorbell and our dog started barking. I opened the door and he was heading back to the street saying he had the wrong house. re: Mine craft on Mac Book Pro - liuyaming
I loaded it on a very basic all in one Lenovo PC that we got the kids for Christmas. I notice the worlds take a while to tender and if we have mode loaded, the gameplay can be choppy. It's probably the limitation of the graphics on the MBP, depending on which model you have. I think I have a mid...

Neighbor bought me a mini sriracha bottle keychain - liuyaming
Have to admit that this is a pretty clever idea. I'm a little scared to use it for my car keys and have it accidentally open in my pocket. Edited to reduce the size of the pic...

Friends with the lead and drummer. They are pretty good. Also in high demand so I would recommend booking early. What type of music are you looking for to play at your wedding? They have a wide range that they cover. Their song list is online if you haven't checked it out yet. [link=(http://russbrya...

re: Retrieving pictures from damaged laptop - liuyaming
You can buy a usb adaptor for the hard drive to hook it up to a different computer. You would likely need a sata to usb one. They are pretty inexpensive, $30 or so. If you hear any clicking noises, the drive is toast and you would need to have a data recovery company retrieve the data. We're a Drive...
