Jerryworld has a pretty restrictive tailgating policy.
Regarding tickets, don't doubt there will be some available late, but it won't be the same as the UO game. TCU gets 40K for their home games & Jerryworld is 15 miles from Amon Carter.
This won't be a 2 to 1 crowd advantage for the Tigah...

For both the Cotton Bowl & the UO game, I got tickets on StubHub. Presume those are from Cowboys season ticket holders turning a quick profit.
Don't disagree that sitting in the top level sucks & the video board is distracting, but being at Jerryworld with the Tigahs is worth it. A 45 min. drive...

My freshman year at LSU was 1978. Pretty sure I graduated having never seen a Tigahs baseball game. :lol:
Daddy Dale was just getting the hoops team to national prominence, & I'm pretty sure I made every game at the Deaf Dome 1978-1981. Even got to see a regional final at the Dome. :bow:...

My $0.02 on this thread:
-Don't be surprised if TCU is ranked higher than LSU in pre-season polls, based on number of returning starters/letterman
-TCU had a big crowd at the Ross bowl, so a game 10 miles from their campus will draw plenty of their fans.
-Plenty of TCU fans probably have suite...

Love the other guys, but Charlie is the best combination of speed (reportedly clocked a 4.35 forty) and power (215 lbs. which was big for a speed back in the 70s) I have seen in 40 years of watching Tigah football.
