It's not too bad, just read a book or watch tv/movies. I loved the flight back home bc I always departed around 10pm and slept the entire flight. There's something really cool about night flights... We used it a ton while he still fit in his infant seat. The seat snaps into the stroller, so if he fell asleep in the car we didn't have to wake him up to transfer him. I used it mostly for shopping.
