The box score shows he fumbled on our first play from scrimmage.
I had a different take on how we won in the Swamp. We were about to go into overtime and OUR TEAM found a way to win instead. That is the foundation of a developing Championship team.
To me it was not luck or good fortune, it was good play. I think this team is coming along. Will they win...
I suppose that was inevitable with each additional stadium expansion without a corresponding improvement in road infrastructure.
This is a huge factor in the traffic issue. The stadium capacity has increased about 50% since the late 60's (not even accounting for the exponential in...

There's no sense of "going to war" anymore.
And no ... it hasn't "always been this way."
One game in particular I remember is Kentucky, 1996. We won 43-13. ...

I know. What happens in this discussion is that when people criticize our QB play it usually gets excused because they're young. When someone points out that other QB's with similar experience levels were proficient (e.g., Tebow, Cam,...

See, I can play this game too.
I think the point of many is that these are the exceptions, not standard fare in our O.
And yes, the...

Agree. He catches too much grief on here but he now does pretty much what he's asked to do.

This will sound little odd but I would suggest based on Les's approach post '08, AJ is already developed.
He's about 90% already the QB Les wants him to be. ...

Almost ever receiver drops a pass now and then. Bowe and LaFell had some of the worst cases of the drops I've seen. But they got over it and became great WR's.

I don't think the primary concern is youth, talent, experience, formations, personnel sets, OC's, JUCO QB, dual-threat, pro-style, etc.
It is that '08 made Les a changed man. Ever since, we take an ultra-conservative approach to O. Even last year, our O was vanilla. It could afford to be and stil...

I'll ask the questions here even though it probably warrants its own thread.
Are our QB's coached to basically pick a WR (typically on the outside) and just throw to him OR read the D, go through your progressions, and find the open receiver?
Because on the aforementioned plays, the TE's are s...

Two weeks ago getting plastered by Auburn, I wouldn't have believed we could beat an SEC team 41-3. I know UK isn't upper echelon but they shown they're a competitive team.
Congrats to Les and the Tigers. Great win!
Keep improving - we can still win'em all.

Hanigriff said early in the season that our TE's wouldn't have 20 catches cumulative for the season. At the time I thought no way. With young QB's we have and youth at WR, I thought our TE's would be an integral part of our passing game. But now, they may not even reach double digits.
