Martin is the 21st pick according to ESPN's Chad Ford.
He isn't picked at all here:

its just that replacing 3 1st round picks is a tall task. Thats before you consider how game changing the three guys were. [/quote]
Plus, that defense has a long, long way to go. Would be astonishing if they get much better in one year. ...

Odell and Landry is great for recruiting because they get 2x the attention. However, LSU has consistently produced WR talent through the years: Kennison, Reed, Clayton, Henderson, Lafell, Bowe, Randle, etc.
While I agree LSU needs to produce more OL, I don't think Trai Turner being a 2nd rounde...

Top three teams
The results are more than reasonable. PIE isn't meaningless. The above is just one way to show how the Pelicans could have done if injuries weren't a factor....

"PIE"= player impact estimate (nba.com)
Pelicans would have finished FIFTH in the West under this method. Next year should be fun.
*OKC and LAC might be higher than SA b/c of easier schedule. Southwest division is by far the toughest. Another factor is bench isn't considered*

Hines ran a sub-4.5 forty. In that sense, he's not a perfect comparable, but it's a good sign they are comparing him to a 4-time pro bowler.
Here are Ward's stats at 30+ years old:
YEAR YDs YD/R TDs Yds/g
2006 975 13.2 6 69.6
2007 732 10.3 7 56.3
2008 1043 12.9 7 65.2

These issues aren't that complex.
Players will quickly learn to have any promises they base their decisions on written in a contract that the courts would enforce.
As for shoe/apparel endorsements, it really depends what's in the contracts. If the school has a contract with Nike that has...

Been trying to figure out my opinion on the topic.
My conclusion is that if the NCAA would just stop being a policing organization and get rid of rules that restrict student-athletes from selling autographs (etc.), signing endorsement deals, and accepting payments from individuals, ala agents/boo...
