If somebody leaves a utility trailer in the parking lot of my rental property do I have the right to take it? Used a couple of large pieces of large diameter PVC to move one that was similar size before. Unloaded it first, and then pushed it about 100 feet. We were even able to turn it in about 90 degrees....
