I'm a big fan of the broiler method on my baking steel.
I preheat my oven to 550 for about an hour and put the steel on the second slot from the top. I bake my pizza for about 2-3 minutes then turn on the broiler on high for the last minute....
Does the inheritance and equity in your current house cover your future down payment? If you could put down 50% with just that money, I would do it.
Yes. I'm talking about putting a down payment down on a house that is 50% of the house price and about 25% of my inheritance or 15% of ...

I agree with posters here about investing an emergency account. Those two things aren't compatible.
I use this for my emergency fund:
0.85% and FDIC insured. Your money will get transferred to your checking account within 24 h...

First time poster on this board.
I've inherited a little bit of money from the passing of a relative. It's not life changing money, and most of it isn't cash, it's in various investment vehicles.
We are thinking about moving into a larger house soon, and would use a portion of th...
That's a way too simplistic statement. I've seen virtually nothing that objectively compares sharpness from one brand to the next,
Yeah, I'd agree with this. Every blade is going to perform differently in different razors. But I'm using this as my guide.

Everything takes longer.
Lathering up your own cream from soap instead of using walmart goop takes a couple of minutes.

I was a mach 3 turbo guy too. I have really sensitive skin.
Even with a turbo I'd get razor bumps and ingrown hairs on my neck. Now those things are just an unpleasant memory like losing to Alabama in the 2011 BCS title game.
The best part about safety razor shaving is that you can customize...

I just switched from a Mach 3 to a safety razor and will never go back to cartridge razors.
I'd start with a safety razor instead of going directly to a straight razor.
Do some research on this site:
There has been some recommendations on blades. Both feather an...

Why would anyone want to put an I5 or an I7 in a gaming PC when you can buy a Xeon processor that is cheaper and drops the on board video that you'll never use?
I get that you can't OC it but if this is the first time someone is building their own gaming rig, they probably aren't an OCer.
