Working the 2 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, 3 on, 2 off thing. So basically every other weekend 12 hr shifts. Not bad work though. A/C and heat and just programming machines to produce plastic parts. Don't forget to factor in the $1800 for the transmission and the $1200 air conditioner repair on your $4000 car that you plan on driving 500 miles a week.
In this case maybe I should just drive my truck. Although I could buy a new transmission every 3 months with the amount I would be spending on...

I found a couple around 4k on craigslist. With the truck I drive it will cost $40 a day for the round trip which equals pretty much a tank very 2 days or so. I figure with a car that can get me 30 mpg I would only be spending about $10 per day.
14 days a month x $40 day= $560
