In both cases that the officer was witnessed to, the con was somehow able to rack up these large bills without providing a charge card. Every time I go to a bar I have to give my card on the first drink. Dude must talk a good game. Con was there from 2 pm until he failed to close the deal....

Agreed! He actually got some young kids to pay his bill. The officer I was with told the kids to reverse it because this is his game. $75 alcohol charge. $165 at Sammy's , supposedly $80 at dons. I would imagine much more at other establishments. We know the first two are fact, officers said d...
