Just got back from Hot Springs. Took the boat and spent a day on Ouachita and about 10 min. on Hamilton. Ouachita was great. It is a corp of engineers lake, so it was well taken care of. All the coves were marked. Shallow water markers were everywhere if the water got below about 20 feet. Most of th...

They've got cheap flights out of Dallas to Cancun and I considered them. The flight was about 200 bucks cheaper, but United allows a free carry-on and a free checked bag for int. flights, so it was going to end up being close to the same price in the end. I went with United.

Yeah, that's a great set-up and not much to add to what's been stated. Only thing not mentioned was the transom. If 100% composite and NO wood anywhere in the hull, then transom rot wouldn't be a problem, but some are still using a wooden core.

I rented from Easyway last year. They were great to deal with. They will pick you up at the airport, and take you to their shop.
You just need to get full coverage insurance. Somebody side-swiped us and did a considerable amount of damage to our rental one night, and Easyway didn't make a big dea...

As incredible as his stamina was in the Belmont, his speed was just as incredible in the Preakness.
From dead last to first in about a quarter of a mile still gives me chills when I see it.
