I was just down there for Easter. Played Pennisula on Friday and Kiva Dunes on Saturday. In my opinion these are the 2 best courses in the area. Both courses are in good condition at the moment as well. Both had apples.

In our league anyone that is mathmatically eliminated from making playoffs is no longer allowed to trade or drop players. I don't think there is a "setting" for this, its just monitored by the league manager. If any move is made he can just veto it or add the player back to the roster.
