Go heavy weight all the time. Try to lift everyday. If you're sore or aching or have joint pains just work through it. Stretching just weakens your muscles before lifting so don't waste time. Lifting heavy also burns plenty calories so no need for cardio. ...

It was vastly inferior to the first two. I liked the new Star Trek waaaay better.
Too much screentime with no Iron Man. The same reason I didn't like Thor--I want to see super hero action, not dudes stripped of their powers.
And how did his armor fly from Tenn to Miami in minutes? They said ...
