The Libertarian Party itself will probably never rise, but if the GOP wants to survive, IMO they'll need to become increasingly libertarian. The younger generation, for the most part, doesn't tolerate the social conservatism that has long been part of the GOP platform.

Note that I'm not saying in particular it's our responsibility to do anything about it. But that doesn't mean I don't feel sorry for other people who suffer. Especially children....
