Just an update. Local bank will order any amount of Euro over 300 for a flat fee of $7. Not a bad deal. I'll probably order 400-500 before going. Thanks for the help ...

Radiology has honestly decreased of late secondary to fears of reimbursement etc. Those doctors are truly under appreciated though. A great radiologist is irreplaceable. ...

I think most people going into these fields know they aren't going to have the general medical knowledge of an internist/ CC / etc. Subspecialties by the very nature subspecialize and forget a lot o...

Reason is tons of technology in the field and you have very few urology emergencies. This means not getting called in. It is also a field where you can choose to make 400-500 and work 4.5 days a week or work 6 days and make 8-1 mil. Very lucrative for the time being ...

Neurosurgery (Neuro itself is completely non competitive)
Integrated plastics (do 6 years of plastics instead of 8 year traditional route)

Yeah. I have sapphire preferred with no fees but have some expenses that require cash (some excursions, hotel charges 5% up charge for credit at one place etc). I didn't know if it would be cheaper to grab 500 in euro in the US and not pay any fee. I know banks can order currency but I have no idea ...

It is no PMI. Suntrust, regions, BoA, and probably 4 other banks will do the physician loans with no PMI. Suntrust and regions actually will do 100% loans with no PMI but have higher interest payment and fees. ...

Physician Loan. Basically just a perk to try to get you to do business, and hoping you'll remain loyal with money made later in life. Also, a lot of places increase interest rates and don't charge pmi. BoA is at least quoting around market rate and no increased fees. ...

Just so you know, the prices are not actually listed on the items. The items had a sign that said 50% off. The thing is this is 50% off an already marked down price. To see the marked down price, you have to take the item to a scanner, and if it ends in an 8 (xx.48, xx.98) etc, then it is 50% off...
