you could lose a lot of weight, or get surgery. you get hooked up to a bunch of electrodes and go to sleep and they evaluate you for a while then come in around 3 am and wake you up and put you on a cpap if they think it will help you. otherwise they just let you sleep.
it's like a hotel room...

oh hells yeah - that market downtown has a couple of great butchers, and there is a strong tradition there. i got two brothers in columbus.
around where i live, you can't just go into a random grocery store and get good smoked sausage though....

nobody makes good points. i live in vienna and worked just outside of tysons and my wife works in tysons. if both of you work there, live in vienna or tysons. believe it or not, some cool housing being built there (not detached).
real estate is brutal here. so is traffic. but there's a ton...
