How do I sautée mushrooms? Every time I do it, I feel like I need to add a ton of butter and/or liquid to cook them down, but then they end up soggy. Any suggestions?

I would assume that if the vct that was pulled up had asbestos in it, then the glue also has asbestos. I wouldn't mess with that stuff. Like the poster above said, you will just make the problem worse and spread asbestos everywhere with grinding and sanding. Also, that stuff seeps into concrete and ...
