I had success with HMR and Ideal Protein. Unfortunately, I fell went back to old eating habits and gained most of it back. As NavyTiger74 stated in order for it to be successful it has to be a lifestyle change, which is easier said than done....

What size is you pool? This will dictate your chemical cost. You can reduce your cost by using bleach instead of Cl tablets. You can also use baking soda and borax instead of some of the more expensive chemicals at Leslie's. I keep my pool clean for about $10-$15 a week in bleach. You mention ...

This was probably the most difficult problem designed to challenge them and get the students to use logic. I don't think the teacher expected them to set up an algebra equation and solve for "x", but instead use multiple steps to get the correct answer. If the word problem did not have .3 gallon...

Supposedly they have fixed the issue and are allowing residents down Brightside. I live in this area and had no problem taking a left onto Brightside from River Road after the SHSU game. If there is a barricade ask the officer to let you through and give him your father's address....

Agreed. Constant TV time outs is making the stadium experience boring. I also think that technology advancements allow people to communicate better and find other things to do. Then throw our boring arse offense into the mix and you get mass exodus....
