I didn't even rupture mine, just stressed it out. A big fricking Samoan fell on my left foot :lol:
I could barely walk for 3 weeks. Forced myself to play on it at 5 weeks. I don't think I ever got back to 100% until the beginning of next season.
I couldn't imagine how bad rupturing it must hav...
