re: Bob Huggins....good guy or bad guy? - RedHawk
I think good guy who doesn't care about academics whatsoever, but I guess he was on to the charade before anybody else caught on or he just didn't care what other people thought. He is certainly a great coach....

re: Great story about Penny Hardaway - RedHawk
I always feel that he and Grant Hill would be HOFers if not for the injuries. Very similar career paths and type of players....

re: Biggest choke job in LSU bball history - RedHawk
I don't think I've ever seen a team not score in the final 9 minutes of a game. Usually they will at least get a free throw or something. That was crazy....

In. Did 50 minutes last year. Don't think I can crack 55 minutes this year, but it is always a blast....

re: Former Iowa QB Rudock visiting Michigan - RedHawk
He wasn't bad and he wasn't good. Some of his problems were Iowa's lack of athletic receivers and their outdated schemes so he might do better at Michigan....
I think 'Melancholy and the Infinite Sadness' is one of the best albums ever made. They went completely in the toilet after that though.
I thought Adore was better than MCIS. Awesome album....

NC State had to beat Ralph Sampson twice, Michael Jordan, Clyde Drexler and Olajuwan. Best run ever and it won't ever be topped....

They were way too big and sloppy. I like raw oysters that fit onto a cracker and no bigger. These were like three to four times the size of a cracker and you actually had to bite it two or three times to actually eat them....

re: Best college basketball teams that didn't win the title - RedHawk
I am far from a conspiracy theorist, but part of me will always wonder if UNLV point-shaved that game. It takes away from Duke's accomplishment, but that team was so good and considering how it demolished Duke the previous year
huh??? I actually think the Duke team was more talent...

re: Mike and Mike posed an interesting question - RedHawk
I don't get how people are saying they would make it pretty easily in 20 shots. I've played basketball for a long time and am considered the stereotypical white three point specialist and I'm not sure I could make one. Have you people tried hitting a 1/2 court shot before? Even for experienced pl...

Barnes was stupid for keeping Isaiah Taylor in the game during garbage time against Iowa while up 20. He then broke his wrist. Should have never been on the floor at all....

re: Golf Lessons in BR - RedHawk
I would say 85% of pitching and chipping is Feel and practice. It takes a lot of practice shots to know what a ball will do once it hits the green. I would youtube some chipping tips, then get a shag bag of old golf balls and practice
I agree with you, just that when I practice I'm...

Golf Lessons in BR - RedHawk
I do OK from tee to green, but like most amateurs fall apart around the green. Really looking to shore up my short chipping and pitching game. Anybody have some recommendations for lessons in BR and about how much it would cost?...
