Yeah I was putting my legs out but then seemed to lose the benefit of the assist band so then I was tucking them back but the piece of the band started rubbing up against my shin. I dont follow "the" diet, just concentrate on eating healthier , chicken, spinach etc. ...

Got my pull up assist band yesterday in time to start week 6, so did eccentric upper with just pull ups... shite man. Problem I'm having now is that my door frame is way too short for me and I have to tuck my legs which makes the assist band usage funny. ...

My first operator job...err...about 5 weeks. 2nd operator job (different, larger company) they had it planned out to finish on a certain day. I think it was about 9 weeks....
