I'd go with that. Littlefinger along with Maester Pycelle was Cersei's source for info. Varys served the realm and order, so he would probably give info to whomever he thought needed it and would use it best....

I think that White Walkers just are...they don't really look human. I think the blue eyed folks are different than the white walkers and are turned after death so the bodies of dead people need to be destroyed.
