It's only singled out for that article. I'm assuming due to its prevalence in today's youth. Those conditions are also disqualifying. The actual medical regs are hundreds of pages ...

I'm not a retiree yet, but I'm pretty well versed on the system. Each "good year" you get will increase your monthly benefit when you are able to draw (age 60). The Army has a retirement calculator for reserve components on their Human Resources Command website. You can play around and add points ...

I've lived in VA and MD. NOVA does not represent the south. It's more like a suburb of the Northeast, with all the transplants from New Jersey and such. Southern VA is clearly still the south. The simple solution is to move the Mason-Dixon line to somewhere just south of D.C. ...

It's runs the Cyanogen system which I believe is very close to stock android (I've never had a pure Android phone). The only two issues I've had are as follows:
1. I had to download an aftermarket camera app (Camera MX) as the stock one didn't work; and
2. Sometimes a phone call is garbled....
| Tech Board|| re: Galaxy S3 Battery issues - DevilDawgTiger on 6/21/14 at 12:49 pm|
Install cyanogen mod 11 (it's an easy install where you just click buttons). Your battery life will be exponentially better. It pulls off all Samsung bloatware and TouchWiz. Additionally, it gives you the ability to turn off cellular data from the quick settings bar. You will still get calls and tex...

I have no doubt I'd love the Moto line. I'm running Cyanogen 11, so I'm pretty confident I'd also love stock Android. The only way I'll buy Samsung again is if I can't get past the battery issue. Samsung's bloatware completely destroys the experience. My phone runs 100 percent better on cyanogen. ...

You are mirroring my line of thought. I am wanting a slightly smaller screen. My biggest concern is the lack of a removable battery. I have 4 batteries for my S3. I'm hoping the Moto X + 1 might have a removable battery, but I realize that's just a pipedream. I'll probably get a Moto X and just swa...

Assuming this isn't a troll attempt, I'll bite. The Marines and Navy both fall under The Department of the Navy which is led by a civilian, The Secretary of the Navy. They are sister services or co-equals. Neither is a part of the other, but they do work closely together. The Chief of Naval Operat...

Probably not. I never did defense work anyway. I've been off active duty since February of 2005, although I did a year as a Reserve Support Officer for the Recruiting Battalion from 2009-2010.
