re: Official I'm dropping TY Hilton thread - Fenwick86
He has been targeted 21 times through 2 weeks, calm down. He has a big time QB and gets a lot of looks for a big play receiver. I'll hold on to him....

re: Michael Fassbender's fantastic new movie...Frank! - Fenwick86
Rented this on amazon last week. Despite it being a cool indie flick about indie music I just was not that into it. I really wanted to like this movie and actually watched it again the next day and felt the same way. I can see where some will love Frank, it was pretty funny in a quirky, Wes Ander...

re: Locke - Just finished watching it (Spoilers) - Fenwick86
I watched it a couple nights ago, hated it. I usually like low budget films like that but Locke was missing something. I felt like anyone could make a movie like that and not just because it consist only of a man in his car but because the writing and plot was extremely unimportant. I mean who gi...

re: Wolf of Wall Street is better than Goodfellas - Fenwick86
Wolf of Wall Street is one of Scorsese's weakest directional efforts in my opinion. Goodfellas along with Raging Bull, Taxi Driver, and Mean Streets are undisputed masterpieces. The King of Comedy, The Departed, Casino, Afterhours, Hugo, Gangs of New York, Shutter Island, and Last Temptation of C...

re: Finally watched Gravity - Fenwick86
Much like many other great 85-95 minute movies, it was lean and efficient. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. How do you add more to the story? Give the characters more of backstory? That would have, dare I say, taken away from the gravity of the situation....

re: Where does Moon stand in the pantheon Sci Fi movies? - Fenwick86
I'm not sure how fair it is to mention it among films like 2001, Blade Runner, and Metropolis but it is most certainly one of the best few Sci Fi movies of the 21st century. Its up there with District 9 and Children of Men....
