I think the law is incorrect. However, there is no consistency in this charge. You can not say its tissue in one case and then in the other case its a life. I believe in both cases its murder but the law disagrees with me.
From a legal stand point, he should be charged with assault on the wo...

yes I do. I know they were really impressed with Josh and were actually kinda disappointed in Maltos but they had already signed Maltos before mini camp started. Oh well I guess my source might now be 100% accurate. Or maybe they will cut Maltos and sign Josh.....we'll see...

I think comparing cancer patients and depressed people is really interesting. On one hand, you have someone that will undergo chemotherapy and all the hell that comes with it just for the CHANCE that they might live. On the other, you have someone that willfully kills themself.

it's only #3. One has to be married to commit adultery. In the first case the person is not married so he has no obligation to anyone. The second case would be adultery if the person was married and sleeping around....

You couldn't be more incorrect. I have lived in both Mandeville and Lakeview. Pretty much every nice home in Lakeview/Old Metairie/Uptown/Garden District is $200+ per sq ft. My agent is in shock how much more expensive the listed areas are than the Northshore. You can get huge lots on the golf cours...
