The first brew session that will occur at my new location will be just pbw making its way through everything. My kettle needs it badly, but as everyone probably knows I am lazy as shite about things being perfectly clean. ...
It was anemic on defense because a back 4 of Shea, Besler, Birnbaum, and Yedlin
Not to mention it looked like Shea was about to die out there on the field late in the second half. After about the 65th min half of our team looked that way. Too many dead leg giveaways. ...

I tried to use gno in my last brew but Chico can't find them to keep them in stock. Apparently they aren't oats at all but basically like a crystal 15 that is huskless. I subbed in some Munich 20 on the last beer. ...

I have always shot for a lb per gallon, so your amount should be good. I would be concerned with the pulp never going away though. You may think about just slicing them up and tossing them in rather than mashing them up. ...

Well over the weekend, I brewed the last batch of beer at my current house. We brewed the last 10 gallons of our Iron Brewer beer - an American Blonde. Had some issues with the propane but overall a decent brew session. Weather was great. Brew sculpture will head to the storage unit today or to...
I'm the opposite. I don't care about style
I only care when it comes to the naming, not the brewing as I brew a bunch of random stuff. Anyways, I was thinking more about the grain bill. I think leaving the Rye % high, if not bump it higher. I think leaving the oats that high...

Good luck. I have done well with hoppy Ambers so that is my suggestion. I had an odd experience over the weekend. I brewed an amber last week and had some extra wort that I put into a sanitized growler. Apparently it wasnt as sanitized as anticipated as mold started to grow on top. I ...
