Virtual PBX is great and I have used it for a few years to cover 3 locations with 14 employees.
It has a lot a great features. This deals with phones and we inhouse the email aspects buy buying our own space on a server and hosting websites and emails ourself....

It is always a risk, but i doubt the PAC10 has much added leverage without Texas. If the SEC pulls them in or A&M we would pull the Houston market for sure & probably the Dallas & San Antonio markets too.
ESPN wants that market in addition to the SEC footprint now.

SFP - Mike Slive disagrees with your arguement that the TV deal is locked in if the league grows.
Adding Texas and/or Texas A&M would open SEC up to more households & generate more bargaining power for the TV rights.

If you are only 1 couple, going with the plaza tickets is a good choice since the food & drinks are included.
I have a larger group on the floor and catering is spread out among the tables.
You can move between floor & plaza easily....

i lived in southdowns for a while. there was a shitty 3/2 for sale for $350k when i lived there. i don't think you get your money's worth trying to rent in that neighborhood.

1% of mortgage price is not a myth. It is a very sound business model.
I have 9 homes that I rent and 3 T/H & Condos.
If I cannot make 1% of my purchase price plus renovations needed it is not a quality investment. There may be some exceptions to this method and I have 1 property that does not...

I would avoid townhomes & condos and focus more on Southdowns homes.
My 3room/2bath homes all get $1600-$1950/month ands stay full. $2000 seems the max point to get for rent right now, but will move up soon I expect in a couple of years.
TH & Condos have alot of monthly fees you cannot control as...

What kind of car? yearly mileage? too many other factors to list.
I have a company truck and we trade in or sell them at 50,000 miles.
My wifes car we buy used every 3-5 years or at 60,000 on a lease return....

If you never plan to live in a house then joining can be expensive, but living in the houses is definitely a money savings.
I serve on a house corp board and saw a survey of 1st year costs for most fraternities and the cost can really vary by over $1500 a year for base level activities.

It will be tough for small producers to compete in that market. That is why the larger groups will squeeze the smaller producers by keeping the price low by controling the flow of production.

I follow this industry closely and expect it to be in the $6.50/mmbtu over the next year. This is what futures markets are quoting.
Production is down due to credit crunch and big producers cannot raise the funds to build new packages.

It appears that many people and relatives involved in the last 2 mayoral offices will be in jail or are currently there for corruption.
I am very active in the marine industry and see customers move their destination ports out of town due to the high fees involved.

Too much money wasted before and too much corruption will again make it a poor use of limited federal money.
