This is not the first show in Louisiana. He did one on a place in Mandeville or Covington which specialized in seafood. He gave him a new recipe to boil crawfish but the guy went back to the way he was boiling them once Robert left. Don't remember the name of the place but it was in LA....

There are just two of us and I have an electric one. Personally I love it. I call it the crock pot of smokers - I just put the meat on there and leave it alone - no checking to make sure you have enough wood. I am happy with mine but I am not a smoker expert who has tried lots of different kinds....

Have stayed in Vegas many times for both business and pleasure. Have stayed at many different hotels but my favoriet is the Monte Carlo-not for the food but for the location and price. Their suites are usually very reasonable....
