per turbotax - In Louisiana you can deduct the vehicle value plate fee which is based on the value of the car. Any idea where i get this?

I have enough saved up to pay my vacant property note. Interest rate is 6% and I owe about $50k. I have been saving up to build a house but I guess I could always borrow against the land right? I should still have almost $30k left over but always heard you should have 20%....

I am using turbotax but unclear if I can include this under the vehicle registration fees (It does show up on the vehicle registration)? Is the sales tax considered a part of the registration fee or would I have to ...
