Before aTma and Mizzou joined UF and LSU I think has the most distance between the campuses of any other schools. Rivals usually are near by.

Lucky we didn't play all those years you sucked and LSU had fantastic teams or 77-0 would have been half time scores.

Props to Bama too. UGA played hard but Alabama was the phisically tougher side as seen by the rushing numbers. Two huge special teams plays and clock issues at the end of the half kept UGA close.

UGA played hard but Bama was the better team objectively. Two special teams plays, fake punt and blocked FG along with Saban's poor clock management to close the half kept UGA in it.
350+ yards vs slightly above 100 in rushing tells you what team was dictating things.

I agree, Notre Dame may have the best Defence of any team that has faced the SEC in the Championship Games during the streak.
Even before Oregon and KSU lost I always felt The Irish would give an SEC Team the most trouble for that reason.
